Our “Stability to Grow” training program supports you in your personal and professional development. We offer four different modules that can be booked independently of each other, but can also be combined with each other and with our coaching.
We use established concepts and analyses and work with tried and tested exercises in teams and small groups. The program is based on our coaching experience. You will receive individual feedback, tips and recommendations for your personal development.
Our modules
Basic module
In the basic module , you will understand how you can achieve more stability and less stress and use this basis to better tackle your private and professional goals and your personal development with strength, calm and clarity.
You will explore your vision, your goals. You will identify areas where you already have a lot of strength, calm and clarity and areas where you can improve stability. We will work with you to develop a map of these topics and a course of action for further personal development.
Triggers, patterns and drivers
In the one-day module “Triggers, patterns and drivers”, you will get to know yourself better. You will explore your triggers and patterns and get to know what is actually behind them – parts of your personality.
We will show you how mindfulness can help you to enter into a dialog with your personality traits and thus regain autonomy over your patterns. You will engage in an exchange with other participants, get to know similarities and differences and can share how you and others deal with their patterns.
This module can be booked independently of the basic module – but we recommend starting with the basic module.
Stress and resilience
In the two-day “Stress and resilience” module, we gain deeper insights into your current resilience, energy sources, attitudes, behavior, dealing with time and stress. We focus on satisfaction, roles and purpose.
This module is based on a systematic, methodical approach and develops an individual development plan along many subject areas for more stability and resilience.

Values, goals and visions
In the one-day module “Values, goals and visions”, we take a look at you, your life and where it can go. Perhaps you have important life decisions ahead of you? Maybe you don’t feel confident? Maybe you want to change something but don’t know what?
We create clarity on a cognitive and emotional level with individual exercises and in a team about your individual values, your sources of energy, your needs and wishes and provide food for thought about possible roles in life, your goals and visions.
This module can be booked independently of the basic module.
Methodological principles
Our training and coaching sessions are based on methodical, scientific methods in systemic coaching and transactional analysis. All of our trainers have at least 20 years of coaching experience and are trained to PCC level (Level 2) of the International Coaching Federation . We also know your ‘real life’ – we all have many years of project and management experience in companies.
