I work for you with measures from three building blocks of leadership development: leadership coaching, team development and leadership training. In addition, I systematically use globally established tools to assess leadership and team dynamics. Such an assessment often results in an individually tailored, holistic leadership development program.
“Management coaching” module – for strong leadership and greater effectiveness
Leadership coaching is individual, precisely tailored support with the aim of developing you and your managers. Together, we analytically clarify your strengths and weaknesses in leadership, your roles and your priorities.
On this basis, you will learn and practise how to strengthen the clarity and effectiveness of your leadership. We will work on specific situations from your real day-to-day leadership role, e.g. appearance, communication, dealing with conflicts, motivation, charisma and much more. You will develop good, functioning leadership habits and routines. If necessary, we will also address your emotional, inner blockages, concerns and fears. You build sustainable strategies for self-regulation, create inner clarity and relief and can act more confidently.
You will gain noticeable inner stability, make better decisions, communicate more clearly, resolve conflicts successfully and lead with clear priorities. Overall, as a manager, you will make a lasting contribution to the success of your teams and your company with this module.
Team development” module – for high-performing teams
Similar to management coaching, team development is also about precisely tailored support for your teams – starting with the management, but often also the management teams at the next levels through to operational teams.
Here, too, I use analytical toolsto understand the team dynamics, strengths and weaknesses as well as the initial situation, goals and challenges of the team in question. On this basis, we develop a customized team development plan together. Sometimes a single intervention is enough. Some of our clients want long-term support for their teams with 2-3 joint events per year.
My colleagues and I moderate team development processes with and for you that strengthen trust, clarify expectations and roles and boost performance. Through targeted formats, such as conflict moderation, we remove blockages, enable good cooperation and release energy.
Your teams are put in a position to take responsibility together. The teams develop a common “we”, clear goals and resilient cooperation. Energy is released, conflicts can be used productively and the power of implementation increases. High-performance teams are created.
“Leadership training” module – for immediately usable skills
Your managers are taught the basics and success factors of good leadership in compact, practical training sessions. They leave the training with tools that can be used immediately. Their behavior can change sustainably in everyday management. If required, we deal withspecific topics such as resilience, communication and conflict management.
Our training formats are practical, contain real exercises and are designed in such a way that participants can immediately integrate what they have learned into their practice. Transfer tasks and short follow-ups ensure that new behaviors do not fizzle out, but become firmly established. This results in tangible benefits and real behavioral change in the short term.
