I was born in 1972 and am a tried and tested father of two great boys. I offer my clients leadership training, team and management development and coaching and bring over 25 years of experience as a manager of teams of between 30 and over 100 employees and 5 years as a coach in management consultancies and with many clients.
I work with a view on a factual and emotional level of the organization, the individuals, you, your environment, your objectives or those of the company and the relevant organization and processes. and the relevant organization and processes. My approach is based on sound neuroscientific knowledge and experience of integrated systemic coaching and transactional analysis.
My focus is on leadership training, leadership development/executive coaching, business coaching, personality development/personal coaching as well as organizational consulting and team coaching.
I typically deal with topics such as:
- Taking on new tasks, positions, functions or management responsibility and developing leadership skills (training, coaching)
- Self-reflection, comparison of self-image and external image as well as personality and potential development (coaching)
- Specific professional or private problem situations, conflict and relationship management, work-life balance, resilience, stress management (training, coaching)
- Organizational change, change management, team development (training, coaching)
I work with my team for you, your team or your company. If required, I can also contribute my experience in the design, planning and implementation of large digitalization programmes and projects.
I work on site in Munich or remotely, in German, English and French. I am certified by ICF at PCC level and have completed an ICF-accredited training course to become a team coach.
