Stability to Grow – basic module

Brief description

Our “Stability to Grow” program supports you in your personal development. In the basic module, you will understand how to achieve more stability and less stress. On this basis, you can tackle your personal and professional goals with more strength, calm and clarity.

On this day, you will explore your vision. You will identify the areas in which you already have a lot of strength, calm and clarity and the areas in which you can improve stability. We will work with you to develop a model for further personal development.

Do you want to develop personally? Do you have:

  • Goals for your private or professional life?
  • Longings, e.g. for respect, appreciation, happiness
  • or for a more optimistic, joyful self-perception,
  • or are you annoyed by some of your own or other people’s behavior?
  • Do you want security and peace of mind
  • or rather growth, new things, adventure?

Perhaps your current situation is making it difficult to achieve your goals. How much personal pressure do you feel at work? Is your private life a source of stress? Do you have a stable basis, strength, calm and clarity to tackle your personal and professional goals?

Our “Stability to Grow” program supports you in creating this stable foundation. It is based on the following findings:

  • Personal growth and stability influence each other. Stability leads to personal growth, personal growth helps you to become more stable.
  • We do not focus on you “functioning” better, but on your personal growth. More stability results as a gift.
  • We see you as a whole person and work with you on a rational level as well as on an emotional level.
  • We take your individuality and your story into account. There is no standard approach for your personal growth, nor for strengthening your stability.

The basic module of our “Stability to Grow” program is an introduction to a systematic process for your personal development. The module helps you:

  1. explore your vision for yourself and your life and your path to personal growth
  2. understand how much strength, calm and clarity you already have and what is still holding you back in your personal development
  3. how you can achieve more strength, calm and clarity and thus grow better
  4. to show you which resources you can use for your development
  5. and how you can specifically continue on your path after the workshop

The basic module is a stand-alone introduction to your personal development. As your development progresses, you can supplement it with individual coaching or other modules as required, e.g. A deeper introduction to yourself, your patterns and triggers, stress management, time management, values work, vision work and much more. However, this is not necessary.

We use established concepts and analyses. We work with tried and tested exercises in teams and small groups. The program is based on our coaching experience. You will receive individual feedback, tips and recommendations for your personal development.

And ...

We have described individual types (the little dictator, the free spirit, the rebel, etc.) – and you may have recognized many of them. Now – thank God – we are not just boringly one-dimensional, but multi-layered beings. We ...
