Stability – when someone is driving you to rage? Do you feel your inner rage switch to autopilot and attack? Or something completely different – stability when you make a critical comment, a mistake? When you feel shame, want to become small? Preferably disappear? Just disappear?
If you don’t know that, then we probably won’t see each other in coaching either.
If so, then you may know simple recipes such as “the pause button” or breathing exercises and meditations to achieve stability. Do they work? Great!
However, sometimes it is also worth delving deeper into your autopilot, into your patterns. Systematic work on this can lead to more sustainable stability and inner peace and therefore also to more personal growth and progress.
