Another book recommendation for you: “Search Inside Yourself” by Chade-Meng Tan. The book focuses on the role of mindfulness, mindfulness and emotional intelligence in everyday professional life. It offers simple, down-to-earth, practical instructions and exercises to develop inner peace, clarity and compassion.
Specifically, Tan proposes the following:
