As explained in the first post in this series, we have developed a tool based on our work and discussions with our customers – the AI culture radar – to describe the AI maturity of your corporate culture.
Like Denison’s classic culture radar, the tool maps 4 segments (mission, consistency, inclusion and adaptability).
In the “Mission” segment, the original looks at aspects relating to the clarity, transparency, operationalization and anchoring of your corporate strategy.
If we look at AI, the following questions arise from our perspective: – How clear is it to your company what impact AI will have in the future? Are you still experimenting or are you already preparing yourself and your team? How will you use AI in the future and what impact will this have on your employees? – To what extent have these AI-related considerations already manifested themselves in your employees’ tasks and, if applicable, in explicit or implicit goals? How transparent are these goals? – What vision does the team itself have? How do the managers, how does the team itself view AI?
We focus not only on the factual level, not only on the printed paper of the strategy, but also on the perception of strategy, goals and vision, on the energy released as a result, on motivation, on support within the team. In other words, on the AI-related corporate culture.
What is your AI maturity? Would you like to use our AI culture radar in your company? Then let’s talk: https://die-transformationsmanufaktur.de/de/buchung/.
