As explained in the first post in this series, we have developed a tool based on our work and discussions with our customers – the AI culture radar – to describe the AI maturity of your corporate culture.
Like Denison’s classic culture radar, the tool maps 4 segments (mission, consistency, inclusion and adaptability).
In the “Inclusion” segment, we look at aspects relating to team orientation, employee development and the transfer of responsibility.
From our point of view, the following questions arise: ▶️Welche Does AI have an impact on your team orientation? Does AI tend to strengthen team cohesion or is the opposite the case? ▶️Stärkt AI the assumption of responsibility by your employees? Or are colleagues withdrawing? ▶️Wie Do employees perceive support for their further development? This is not just about AI expertise, but also about further development in the event of disruptive changes or the transfer of key areas of responsibility to AI.
We focus not only on the factual level, but also on the emotional level, for example on the reception of AI and the expected changes to the team and colleagues. What is relevant is whether fears or euphoria dominate? How do I deal with resistance?
What is your AI maturity? Would you like to use our AI culture radar in your company? Then let’s talk: https://die-transformationsmanufaktur.de/de/buchung/.
