Dr. Martin Rehker (PCC) - Executive Coach for sound leadership development

In my previous professional career, I managed teams and projects in an international environment for over 25 years. I have experience as a manager of teams of between 30 and over 100 employees. The systematic, well-founded management development of my colleagues has always been a central concern of mine.

For many years, I have been supporting medium-sized companies, their management teams and executives as a consultant, coach and trainer for leadership development. I have very sound training in topics such as personality development, coaching, group dynamics and psychodynamics and run the Transformation Manufaktur.

On the one hand, I work with management teams (e.g. management, CxO teams etc.) to develop more strength, clarity and effectiveness, in the form of individual discussions and team work. Typical focal points are vision and strategy, clarification of roles and tasks, communication and collaboration processes, team organization, strengthening and improving collaboration between operational teams. It is often also about more fundamental issues such as trust, dealing with conflicts or motivation.

If required, I also provide support in the form of leadership training. This is often supplemented by looking at and working on the next management level (team dynamics, strengths, weaknesses).

I also support managers individually in executive coaching on the basis of an individual assessment, with clarification of strengths and weaknesses along the relevant leadership competencies (360° view). Examples of topics include developing a personal vision for leadership, working on leadership strength and resilience, appearance, networking, charisma, personal energy, motivation and perseverance. It is often also about leadership when taking on new tasks, positions, functions or management responsibility or also in difficult situations, upheaval, transformations.

My approach to leadership development is based on sound neuroscientific knowledge and experience, with a foundation in the systemic view, ego-state work, resource-based coaching and hypnosystemic work. I am trained and certified at PCC level by the ICF and have completed an ICF-accredited advanced training course to become a team coach. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the German Chapter of the ICF. I work on site in Munich or remotely, in German, English and French.
