
In the past, I have managed consulting teams and projects on an international level – I have over 25 years of experience as a manager of teams of between 30 and over 100 employees. The well-founded management development of my colleagues has always been a central concern of mine.
Because I enjoy working with people, I decided over 5 years ago to give up consulting and support managers and their companies in a more targeted way. I supplemented my experience with in-depth training, founded the Transformation Manufaktur and have been supporting companies, management teams and executives in their development as an executive coach with my colleagues ever since.
Focus of my work
The focus of my work as an executive coach for sound leadership development is on
- Support for management teams (e.g. management boards, executive teams, etc.):
- mostly in the form of longer-term support
- analytical and scientifically sound
- Exemplary focal points: Trust, conflict management, communication, strategy and vision
- often along the situation-specific relevant leadership competencies
- Often also consideration and processing of the next management level (team dynamics, strengths, weaknesses)
- always in the form of customized team coaching and individual discussions
- Development of operational teams:
- short interventions as well as in the form of longer-term support
- analytical and scientifically sound
- Typical focal points: Roles and tasks, processes, communication, often also trust, conflict management, communication
- always in line with the situation-specific relevant leadership skills
- as team development or in training formats
- Executive coaching, management coaching:
- when taking on new tasks, positions, functions or management responsibility
- even in difficult situations, upheaval, transformations
- on the basis of an individual assessment, with clarification of strengths and weaknesses along the relevant leadership competencies (360° view)
- Development of a personal vision (“Where should the journey go?”) and a travel timetable
- Work on leadership strength and resilience, appearance, networking, charisma, personal energy, motivation, perseverance
- Working on specific professional challenges, including emotional inner “saboteurs”
Sound approach and methods
My approach to leadership development is based on sound neuroscientific knowledge and experience, with a foundation in the systemic view, ego-state work, resource-based coaching and hypnosystemic work.
I work on site in Munich or remotely, in German, English and French. I am trained and certified by the ICF at PCC level and have completed an ICF-accredited training course to become a team coach. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the German Chapter of the ICF.
