Management coaching, team development and leadership training – our services

With our coaching, team development and training services, we offer tried-and-tested formats that are designed to be highly effective in order to strengthen leadership – also and above all in relation to the success of your company.

We structure our offer in the following sections along the 3P framework (Personal, Private, Public Leadership). This concept for holistic leadership development structures leadership topics on three levels:

  • the personal leadership role
  • the management of teams and employees (private leadership) and
  • the impact on the company as a whole (internally) and externallyin the market and in the network (public leadership).

The 3P framework provides us with a clear structure that maps all relevant levels of leadership. This helps to systematically identify and develop the need for action in terms of leadership skills, while always keeping the focus on the company’s success. Coaching and training are not an end in themselves.

In the following, we present examples of measures and workshop topics along these levels – for the different levels:

  • Individual (coaching, mentoring) – as executive coaching for managing directors, managers or employees
  • at team level (team workshops, team coaching) – as team development, for management, the management team or individual teams
  • at group level or individually as management training for all levels

The list does not include topics with a specialist focus (strategy, change, transformation, etc.) and is deliberately not free of overlaps across the levels.
